- Return will be applicable only if the product is Damaged (broken, torn, dented, dirty or with stains) / Defective (power issue, not working properly) / Wrong Product (different colour, missing accessories, less quantity then ordered, wrong size, completely different product).
- Replacement/exchange will be subject to stock availability. If stock is not available refund will be initiated.
- In case of Exchange if the cost of new product is more than the original product then you will have to pay the difference amount. And if the cost of new item is less than original product then difference amount will be refunded on successful delivery of product.
- If the product has No Return policy, then return or replacement will be applicable only in case of Damaged/Defective/Wrong Product received.
- You have to provide all the original packaging items (shipping label, outer packaging box, brand box, invoice, product, any accessory, tags and any warranty card received with product) at the time of return. Return or Replacement will not be done in case of missing packaging items.
- Refund will be completed within 10 days of goods received by seller.
- For COD orders you have to provide valid bank account details for refund and amount will be refunded within 8-10 Business days after updating bank account details. Mavshack will not be responsible for providing wrong bank account details provided by you.
- For PREPAID orders Refund will be credited within 8-10 business days to the same source of payment from which payment was received once return is received.
- In case of any discrepancies regarding receipt of refund amount, Mavshack may request for additional information such as bank statement or any other relevant document.
- In case you have purchased a product with which a free product is delivered, and you raise a request for return of the main product, you will have to return the free product as well. Further, a product which forms a part of a package of other products, you must return all products that form part of the package to process the refund.
- Further, on receipt of returned product, the product shall undergo a quality check. If the product returned in an acceptable condition, as determined by Mavshack at its sole discretion, the refund shall be initiated, otherwise the product will be re-shipped to you, at your cost, and no refund/exchange shall be initiated.
- Please note that the product will be picked up from the same address where delivery was made. In case pick up is to be made from a different address, the same should be notified to Mavshack by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Such request may be accepted at Mavshack’s sole discretion and subject to the new address being in serviceable area.
- In circumstances where the you return an extra or a different product, Mavshack will not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of such product and will not be responsible for its delivery back to you.
- If you desire to return a product, then you will be entitled to receive only the amount actually paid by you for the purchase of the product.
- During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, these category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.
- In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate.
